Here I will explain why my characters are based off of certain vocaloids.

Animatronics

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Freddy Generations (excepting Goldie and his gang, plus Funtime Freddy and Yenndo): Len
They can get obsessive over something. They're the wannabe cool kids, but they end up in a position where they never wanted to be. Len gets obsessive over bananas and roadrollers (and he doesn't want to be a shota), and Freddy gets obsessive over pizza and singing (and he hates to be leader, as stated in "Mr. Fazbear" by Groundbreaking). They can be leaders, too.

Bonnie Generations (excepting Springy and his gang, and Bonnet): Piko
Fans often mistake both Piko and Bonnie for girls. Their creators denied and said that they were boys. Piko and Bonnie also play second fiddle, and sometimes constantly judged by their mates. They can act silly sometimes (even with bumper cars). Their chara items are both guitars (they're good at guitar solos), and they can get forgetful sometimes.

Chica Generations: Rin
Rin is very outgoing, as Chica is with her fellow band members. Like her brother, Rin is obsessive over oranges and roadrollers the same way that Chica rages over pizza, particularly in fanarts and in SFM videos.

Foxy Generations (excepting Mangle's Generations, plus bare endoskeleton): KAITO
Both of them are introverted and are obsessed with their chara items (KAITO has ice cream and Foxy has pirate paraphernalia). Also, whenever you see them in both MMD and SFM Vines, they are insanely funny. Sometimes, you see them at the wrong time, which makes them slightly annoyed.

Fredbear/Golden Freddy Generations (plus Shadow Freddy, Nightmare): Luka
Luka always shows compassion and is one of the oldest kids. She's quiet and mysterious, but a warm person, which makes her a fast friend (which is why she and Rin were besties). Traumatized by her death because of Afton's murder, she still remembers seeing Luka Fredbear and the reopening of Fazbear Entertainment. Same with Goldie. Because he is an incarnation of Fredbear, his counterpart in the fourth game showed compassion and forgiveness for the Crying Child after he was teased by his Big Brother, which resulted in his—the Crying Child's—death. Luka is tsundere, as with Goldie. Both of them can be hostile at first, but gradually, they'll get warmer and warmer (that's being tsundere).

Mangle Generations (including both Lolbit and Funtime Foxy in FNaF SL): miki
miki and Mangle are very energetic, curious and playful. They're cyborgs, or animatronics (this is pretty obvious). Seen in fixed Mangle fanarts, she's usually a singer for pop songs. Both of them can be quite temperamental, and they love the color pink. They can be weak, gullible and an airhead sometimes (no offense) and can also be strong-willed.

Spring Bonnie Generations (excluding Plushtrap): GUMI
Springy is GUMI because they have multiple personalities. One minute they're happy, the next they're sad. Also, they're mostly bubbly (Springy can be bubbly and loving at times although he's a grump), and sometimes, they can suffer from low self-esteem. The change here has a vice-versa effect. Springy used to have high self-esteem when he was Spring Bonnie before, and GUMI used to have low self-esteem before her career as a singer.

BB Generations: Lui
BB and Hibiki are smart and well-mannered. They love meeting new people and enjoy their company. Like Ring, Lui was cancelled, and BB and JJ are particularly the most hated characters in the series.

JJ: Ring

JJ and Ring are joyful and they don't really have that much ambition. Like Lui, Ring was cancelled, and BB and JJ are particularly the most hated characters in the series. Guess it's time to show a little more love for those two!

Puppet: CUL
Both CUL and the Puppet are extremely tidy and generous. They hate putdowns and selfish people.

Plushtrap: Yukari
Both of them are quiet (unless attacking). They can hide how they're feeling—with Plushtrap having no emotions (but they're more confident now), and they can be playful and childish sometimes.

Circus Baby: Yuki
Yuki was chosen as Circus Baby because their color schemes are mostly the same. They're young and they're cute, based on my opinion, and they make good counterparts with each other. They're smart (and cunning!) and they love to play around. Baby is featured in SisLoc the same way Yuki is featured in mostly creepy songs. Yuki goes to high school with Kiyoteru, and Baby knows some tricks to help kill Eggs/Afton. They're also good girls (polite, kind) and they hate making mistakes.

Ballora Generations (plus Minireenas): Akikoloid-chan
Both love helping people (like when it comes to dancing and singing). They can be sweet most of the time, but are aggressive if you rub them the wrong way.

Bidybab Generations (plus Electrobab): Neru
Both can be portrayed as hostile and are Circus Baby/Miku wannabes. Sometimes they slack off, but when Baby "whips" them, they get to work straightaway.

Bonnet: Iroha
Bubbly and outgoing (just like Rin and Chica), Iroha is just like Bonnet. They can be childlike (when they speak) and take stuff a little too seriously. Just like Bonnet, Iroha is a less popular Vocaloid.

Ennard: OLIVER
Both Ennard and OLIVER sound like young kids. Ollie looks broken with his bandages, the same way Ennard is all in a mess. OLIVER's voice sounded like a girl, and Ennard was voiced by Circus Baby and the Daughter. They are sensitive but silly, though.

Humans

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mike Schmidt: Miku
I'm trying to promote lesser-known Vocaloids. Sometimes, Mike joins in the fun in SFM videos, the same way Miku is diva-like and cheery. Miku's the typical diva, and Mike is the typical bored-to-death guy. Opposites attract.

Jeremy Fitzgerald: Lapis
They're both fidgety at times, they're gullible (Jeremy accepted the worst career in the world), and pretty stubborn (especially if there are glitches in FNaF 2).

Fritz Smith: IA
Fritz and IA are laid-back people. Fritz was surely fired from his job, but fans sometimes mistake Fritz for the real FNaF 3 guard. Also, when rubbed the wrong way, they can get irritated. IA looks mostly up at the sky, and Fritz looks mostly at the screens.

Crying Child: Sakine Meiko
Sakine Meiko is a derivative of MEIKO, depicting MEIKO in her younger years. Both her and the Crying Child can be naive sometimes.

Big Brother: MEIKO
MEIKO has no official age, but she is portrayed around 24. She can be caring and fun, but she can be a bit commanding. Opposites attract, as mentioned. Unlike MEIKO, the Crying Child's Big Brother is tough and teases a lot.

Big Brother's Gang/Masked Children: VY2, MAYU, Gackpo
VY2 has a short fuse, Gackpo is quiet and…well, is sociable with the rest of his gang, and MAYU is a yandere. All of them have shifting personalities, which makes them great for the Masked Gang.

Phone Guy: Yayin Gongyu/Luo Tianyi
She's empathic and is willing to protect her friends, just like when Phone Guy warns Mike/Jeremy about the dangers and what to expect.

Eggs Benedict/Purple Guy: Haku
Haku is similar to the Purple Guy because of both their color schemes. Haku has some Purple in her clothes, but Michael (the Purple Guy) is fully purple. The owner of Fazbear's is unknown but we know that he or she is way more popular than the Purple Guy. Haku experiences similar events. Miku is a diva, while Haku is a failure. Both are very popular in fandom, too.

Hanged Technicians: SeeU, Rion
SeeU is a bit oblivious sometimes and out of place, even the technicians can be oblivious (especially to being hanged). Rion makes sure she's a well-known Vocaloid, and the hanged technicians make sure they do their best.

The Daughter: Lily
Outgoing, both Lily and the Daughter suit each other. She's like the non-tsundere side of Luka (implication from "I KNOW it was an accident!"). She can be sweet and sensitive at times, and is very sociable..
